“From Casual lunches to extravagant tasting dinner parties we are here to make any event memorable. We have gathered some information to help plan your party, but we are also happy to completely customize any event. Our catering menus will carry on with the same philosophy as all of our menus – seasonally driven, from scratch & locally sourced when possible. Our kitchen staff is happy to sit down with you to plan out any menu.”

The Space (Macklind Location):

Upstairs

(now taking reservations for 2018)

The newly renovated space upstairs at Russell’s is a neutral mix of exposed brick, 100-year-old pine floors, exposed ceiling joists, and clean subway tile. Large windows bring in natural light during the day and the space can be dimmed at night to set the mood for any party. The dining room upstairs can accommodate up to 40 guests.

*Note – The upstairs space is not handicap assessable

Space Rental:

Tuesday – Thursday (7am to 3pm) – $100.00 p/hour with a minimum of 2 hours

Tuesday – Thursday (3pm to 9pm) – $200.00 p/hour with a minimum of 2 hours

Friday – Saturday (7am to 3pm) – $200.00 p/hour with a minimum of 2 hours

Friday – Saturday (3pm to 11pm) – $1,800.00 for the evening

Sunday (7am to 3pm) – $200.00 p/hour with a minimum of 2 hours

Sunday (3pm to 10pm) – $1,800.00 for the evening

The Deck:

Our fully covered deck was completed in 2014 and seats up to 30 guests. The open air space is surrounded by beautiful white bud trees in the spring and summer and is enclosed and heated in the fall allowing us to seat guests outside through cooler months. A roof overhead and roll down screens protect from rain.

* Note – If there is a threat of inclement weather parties may be moved inside.

The Lower Garden Patio:

Voted as one of the best patios in St. Louis. The lower patio is sunken down and surrounded by trees. Candles and lights strung overhead provide the perfect atmosphere for an evening event. The lower patio accommodates 40 guests.

* Note – The lower patio has no protection from weather. If there is a threat of inclement weather parties will be moved inside.

Full restaurant rentals:

If you would like to rent out the entire restaurant for a private party we can accommodate. This rental will provide you with 100% access to the entire building for the day. We can get creative with uses for each space or serve a large number of guests in different areas. Having a small wedding? Consider having the ceremony on the lower patio. Cocktails on the covered deck, Dinner in the main dining room, & Bar upstairs. We will work with you to plan the perfect day. If using all dining area the restaurant can seat up to 130 guests.
